Clean, minimal and quietly intelligent. The slimmer rim emphasizes the graphic round impression without adding bulk, which makes it ideal for everyday wear, office environments and situations where understatement is key.
Heavy:
Graphic and pronounced. The additional rim thickness adds emphasis to the round shape and straighter brow, which creates a stronger, more intentional presence on the face. In darker colours this version feels bold and classic, while in translucent or mottled acetates it takes on a more artistic, design led character.
Materials, Colours & Craftsmanship
DEV is made from premium cellulose acetate, selected for its ability to hold subtle curves and a precise upper line without losing softness. Each frame is hand cut, shaped and polished in our London workshop. The shaping of the brow line, the rounding of the lower edge and the final polish on the rims are all refined by hand to bring out the quiet clarity of the design.
All of our frames are built using premium German hardware, high precision hinges chosen for their durability, smooth action and long term reliability.
DEV is available in a considered palette that ranges from classic tortoises and deep charcoals through to softer neutrals and lighter tones. In darker colours the frame feels grounded and traditional, while in lighter palettes it becomes more relaxed and contemporary.
