When clients come to us for bespoke glasses, the process begins as a creative collaboration.
They often bring two or three different styles they love, and we add our own style inspiration into the mix. From there, we develop around seven unique design options to explore together, refining and nuancing until we arrive at the perfect pair.
Personal Consultation
Your journey begins with a private consultation in our East London shop.
During this session, we explore your preferences, using our extensive library of templates and frames to find the style that suits you best. This is your opportunity to bring any inspirations or ideas to the table, ensuring your bespoke glasses are truly one-of-a-kind.
Precise Measurements
Bespoke is all about precision
We take detailed measurements using proprietary equipment, considering every aspect of your facial features, from brow height to bridge width. This ensures that your bespoke glasses are crafted to fit your face perfectly, enhancing both comfort and appearance.
Custom Design
Natalie Edwards transforms your vision into reality.
Through hand sketches and 3D design, we create multiple designs that are uniquely yours. No two faces are the same, and your glasses should reflect that individuality. From the shape of the frames to the choice of materials, every detail is customized to your needs.
Second Consultation
Once the design is finalized, we invite you back for a second consultation. Here, we refine the details, such as color, finish, and additional customizations. Our selection of Italian Mazzucchelli acetate, along with our hand-dyed colors and finishes, ensures your bespoke glasses are both beautiful and durable.
Handmade Craftsmanship
Every pair of bespoke glasses is crafted by hand in our London workshop.
With over fifty separate processes involved, our craftsmen ensure that each frame is made to the highest standard. From hand-filing contours to 72 hours of polishing, we take pride in every detail of the production process.
Final Fitting
Once your frames are complete, they are glazed with the finest lenses available. The final fitting ensures that your glasses not only look great but also provide the perfect fit and comfort you deserve.
